Is the promise of the citizen developer, the promise of the citizen data scientist, finally here?
Can anyone with a mobile phone focus this massive context and compute power on their individual goals, their wants, their objectives, their intentions?
Be that improving a process at work, or editing family photos, and close to an infinite number of challenges in between.
