Being able to build relationships is really important part of it

One of the things I wish people would talk about in this world more is less about actually being in an office and more about, what are you doing when you do actually get together? Team building sounds corny, but I do think it's really valuable. - Adam Pastana

Volunteer activities are good because then everybody's focus is not necessarily on each other. Another food, both preparing food and eating food together, is a powerful thing that's been, part of human culture building forever. - Jeff Frick

We're human beings, you know. Being able to build relationships I think is really important part of it. - Adam Pastana


Use the time together to strengthen relationships, build bonds, and that can be done with activities outside traditional work behaviors.
